Give a base coat of white colour and for the border paint it with black. Let it dry. Take in a bowl equal amount of water and fevicol and mix it, after that take small small pieces of tissue paper from the roll and make small balls with it and simply place the balls on the desired design let it dry, After the whole design is made with same technique used in the second step let it dry for a whole day or night and after that paint the design with acrylic colors and pearl colors of your choice. Paint the border using Fevicryl 3D outliner and let it dry. Your final picture is ready to adorn the wall.
