You Will Need:
Fevicol MR. Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Green 704, Orange 705, Pearl White 301, Pearl Metallic Gold 352, Golden Glitter, Ivory card, Green Glaze paper
Description :
I had created this New Year card using 3D Outliners Glitter Colours and Golden sparkle.A simple design has been used to give it an ethnic yet modern look, you can also create more designs, all u need is a little creativity, hope you all like it..!!!!
STEP 1
Take an an A4 size Ivory card, fold it to create card of your desired size
STEP 2
Paste Green on all four corners of the card and on the side to form a coloured boundary.
STEP 3
I have drawn a Floral Free Hand drawing and the decorated the picture.
