Here is a cute little Mixed Media Christmas Card DIY to give to friends and family on the occasion of Christmas!

STEP 1 : Drawing the Snowman
• Take small piece of canvas sheet measuring 7” x 4 ½” sized approximately. • Draw a snow man with gift boxes, and the X’mas trees around him on it. • Paint the snow man, the gift boxes, and the X’mas trees with Acrylic Colours Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Light Green 12, Pink 18, Sap Green 21, Prussian Blue 19, White 27, Leaf Green 62 and Sky Blue 63. • Leave it to dry completely.
STEP 2 : Paint the Snowman
• Your snowman will look like this after completing the painting.
STEP 3 : Making a jar
• Take an A4 white paper; draw the outline of the jar on it. • Place an OHP sheet on the drawing. Paint the outline and the lid of the jar with 3D Outliner Glitter Silver 402. • Let it dry.
STEP 4 : Cutting the canvas
• Take the painted canvas and cut it in the size of the jar.
STEP 5 : Making the base
• Cut along the outline of the jar with a pair of scissors. • Take A3 green card paper; fold it in the centre to make the card. • Take the red card paper; mark and cut in the size of the folded card. Draw 1/2” border from the edge and cut it with a zig- zag scissors. • Take red pom-poms, and green card paper leaves to make the hollies along with the bells to make the tag for the card.
STEP 6 : Assembly
• Arrange and stick the jar with painted canvas on the card paper using Fabric Glue. Let it dry. • Decorate the jar with hollies and silver ribbon Stars Sequins and the tag of message “Merry Christmas” using Fabric glue. • Let it dry.
