Diy Clay Bowl
You Will Need:
Air dry clay, Leaf of your desire, Rolling pin, Bowl with a clear wrap, Color/ Spray paint, Brush to paint, Varnish
Description :
DIY air dry clay bowl made with real leaf and clay. It can be used a candle holder, jewellery holder or just as a showpieceSTEP 1
First you need to cut a medium size of clay and then roll out the clay so that you can lay the leaves and roll it out again
STEP 2
Now roll the shape that you want to. It can be anything like a leaf or any other image.
STEP 3
Now place the shaped clay in a plate or bowl to give it an edge. I placed it in a bowl to give it a bowl like shape
STEP 4
Once you placed the clay in the bowl leave it for a day or two to dry completely. I have used an air dry clay so there is no need to bake the clay. keep it aside to dry and get the desired shape.
STEP 5
Once the clay is dried now its the time to paint. I have used Acrylic Colour Crimson for the colour to stand out. Add two to three coats of paint. You can use any paint or spray paint it for more metallic look. Wait until the paint is dried completely once the paint is dried completely you can use a protective varnish and keep it aside.
