Dahlia Flowers With Paper

You Will Need:

Fevicol MR, Colour papers, Scissors.

Description :

Beautiful dahlia flowers with colour papers.

STEP 1

Take few colour papers and cut them into small circles of equal sizes. Cut at least 12-14 circles

STEP 2

Now fold the circle into the centre for 3 times until a triangle is formed as shown in image

STEP 3

On the top part of triangle make petal like shapes as shown and open the folds.

STEP 4

For each petal make a fold in the centre vertically using some thin stick in order to resemble the petals shape.

STEP 5

Now again fold back the opened circle back to the triangular form as shown in image. Keep one circle paper unfolded which is used for the base of the flower.

STEP 6

Stick each of the folded triangular shaped pieces on to the circular base until there are no gaps.

STEP 7

Continue sticking the triangular pieces level by level (3 levels) until the entire gaps are covered with the petals.

STEP 8

Once the complete flower is formed. Take a green coloured paper and fold it similarly in the way done for the flowers. Cut the top part to resemble leaves. Stick it at the bottom of the flower base to complete the dahlia flower.
