STEP 1 : Source the base material
  • Create jewellery pieces using pieces of coconut shell.
  • Mark and cut the coconut shell into the desired shape using a hacksaw blade.
  • Clean the surface with polish paper and pierce holes in the shells with the help of a carpenter.
STEP 2 : Paint the base coat
  • Paint the coconut shells with a base coat of Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Black 02.
  • Allow the colour to dry completely.
STEP 3 : Draw the design
  • Sketch ornamental designs, including a bird motif, on the coconut shells.
STEP 4 : Paint the outline
  • Use Fevicryl 3D Outliner White 707 to outline the designs.
  • Let the outline dry completely.
STEP 5 : Paint the design
  • Fill in the designs with Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Orange 17 and add accents with Fevicryl 3D Outliner Pearl Metallic Gold 352.
  • Allow the paint to dry completely.
STEP 6 : Final attachment
  • Attach jewellery findings, such as earring attachments, and Rudraksha beads to create earrings and pendants.
  • Use black and orange wool to add decorative elements. Refer to the image for assembly.
