STEP 1
Hi!! Myself SALONI....
So the step 1 is to take a diya and place it upside down.
STEP 2
Paint the pattern using Fabric Colours.
STEP 3
Then take the modeling clay (Shilpkar)and make its face and legs and stick then with the help of Fevicol.
Now your tortoise diya is ready.
